We want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your HyperX product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
